When will my order be shipped?
All dragons are made to order. The current incubation time for the standard baby dragons is 1 week and 2 weeks for painted dragons. For any questions about your order, please contact us at bbwolfpacks.dd@gmail.com.

What is your return & refund policy?
We try very hard to find the right dragon for each person, so unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns. If you are local and your dragon is damaged, you can find us at one of our events for a discounted trade or replacement.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies based on the size and quantity of dragons adopted. Small shipping starts at $15 and all orders include shipping insurance, stickers, a shipping companion, and a collectible traveling dragon story card!
International shipping rates will vary and will be invoiced after purchase.

We work with high-quality, biodegradable PLA (Polylactic Acid) material that will remain durable for a lifetime with proper care. PLA is made from renewable resources such as sugar cane and cornstarch.
